I started my cloud communications journey in the sales team of a carrier grade SIP network. Since then, I worked up to enterprise sales, qualifying and consulting for global blue chips with multiple sites, complex requirements, whilst providing expert advice on consolidating global providers under one roof, one invoice, one SLA, one account manager and support desk. As the Microsoft eco-system grew into the world of communications more and more in the past years, my role has evolved into combining unified communications and contact centre knowledge into the Microsoft stack and the MS certified contact centre space.
