I'm 25 year old male from Slovakia working with Resonate Service as a unified communications technical engineer with the operations team. Got myself into UC in 2020, with my first experience being supporting a big account's move from legacy solutions. It has just been a ride ever since, recently refocusing towards contact centre solutions.
