My name is John Delêtre and I currently work as a consultant in Infrastructure Microsoft at Solulan in Montreal. During my various mandates in my professional career, I was able to deepen my knowledge in UCasS and CCasS Microsoft.

Over the years, I have specialized in Microsoft Teams telephony as well as contact centers integrated with Microsoft Teams such as AnywhereNow, Genesys Cloud, Landis Technologies and 8×8.
