Deepdesk Recognised for AI Innovation at Microsoft Hackathon

London, UK – 25 September 2025: Deepdesk, an AnywhereNow company, was named the third-place winner and highest-scoring CX vendor in the ‘Ready to Scale’ category at last week’s Microsoft Copilot Hackathon that took place in Madrid, Spain.

The Software & Digital Platforms Hackathon brought together over 75 hackers, 24 Digital Natives, and ISVs from across Europe, as well as the entire Microsoft architect team in person for the first time. The event showcased creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit, featuring cutting-edge projects powered by the latest Microsoft AI technologies.

Deepdesk was recognised for building two next-generation Microsoft Copilot agents in one day: The Financial Services Credit Card Query Assistant streamlines complex customer queries, while the Sales Pitch Generator empowers helpdesk agents with tailored, effective sales messaging.

Both solutions were developed as part of the “Ready to Scale” category, which recognises solutions that require minimal extra effort to go commercial. These specific solutions built by Deepdesk could be implemented and go live within 2-4 weeks. This rapid innovation demonstrates how quickly Deepdesk can bring next-gen AI solutions to market.
