AnywhereNow Makes Strategic Sales and Partner Appointments to Drive Global Growth

London, UK, 8 May 2025: AnywhereNow, a global pioneer in transforming customer experience across the contact center with AI solutions, has announced the appointment of Michael de Paris as the New Head of Partners and Michael Sharelis, the new Head of Sales: North America. These strategic positions come as the company takes a bold step forward to accelerate its global growth plans and further strengthens its partner ecosystem on the back of significant growth and recent rebrand..

Michael de Paris Appointed Global Head of Partners

Michael de Paris joins AnywhereNow as Global Head of Partners, bringing over 15 years of experience establishing solid partnership programs and developing channel strategies. Most notably he worked at NYSE-listed company Yext where he was responsible for building and executing the channel strategy across the US, EMEA and APAC regions.

At AnywhereNow, de Paris will concentrate on evolving the partner strategy to enhance the global program and play an instrumental role in shaping the future of the go-to-market team.

Michael Sharelis Joins as Head of Sales, North America

Michael Sharelis, brings over 10 years of go-to-market and sales leadership experience to his new role. He has previously led sales, partnerships and solutions engineering for leading technology businesses.

At Anywhere Now, Sharelis will implement ahigh-performance, scalable sales model tailored to the evolving needs of Microsoft-centric enterprises.

Both de Paris and Sharelis agree that to achieve this growth they need to continue to invest in   the partner ecosystem. This involves upgrading  the partner portal, evolving  the partner engagement strategy and putting  the processes and teams in place to make this happen.
